Global Parcel Delivery, Sri Lanka is the local representative of DPD Group, Europe’s 2nd largest express company and DTDC Express Ltd, India’s largest and most preferred express company and is the strategic partner of DPD Group. DPD Group is the international delivery network of GeoPost SA, a subsidiary of Le Groupe La Poste in France and ships 3.6 million parcels every day to 230 countries worldwide.

We provide our customers with state-of-the-art delivery services and options. DPD Group is at the forefront of technological innovations such as using the latest in drone technology to pioneer unmanned delivery.With more than 500 daily cross-border transport operations covering 35 European countries.  DPDgroup has the best road network in Europe and is well connected with over 16000 parcel shops; all of them has a uniform infrastructure in terms of IT equipment and hence harmonized products and services.

DTDC was founded in 1990 and expanded rapidly throughout the globe to have direct presence in over 23 countries and over 10,000 locations. DTDC offers courier pick-ups, consolidation, offshore warehousing, trucking services, line haul, customs clearance, DDU, E-Fulfilment services, last mile delivery, COD services, RTO management, marketplace listing services, sample showrooms, and offers B2B2C models. DTDC is an expert in cross-border e-Commerce trade and to meet the growing challenges of this industry, we have deployed cutting-edge global applications, which are easy to integrate and provide the highest level of real-time visibility.

Global Parcel Delivery is a subsidiary of Aitken Spence PLC, one of Sri Lanka’s oldest and largest conglomerates. Aitken Spence PLC was established in 1868 and has grown to become a household name in Sri Lanka. Aitken Spence is a signatory of the United Nations Global Compact.
